Refund Policy

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products I can not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final BUT if your order is defective shoot me a message with in 24 hours of receiving your order and I’ll do what I can to help. For items that arrive damaged or are lost by the postal service, I have found that the most effective course of action is by contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim. As frustrating as It is, once an order is received by the postal service any damage or shipping issues are unfortunately out of my hands and I can't refund or replace these Items. For this reason, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing shipping insurance when completing your order.

I do my best to capture the actual colors of the products as accurately as possible however different screens or lighting may show different color variations and the product you receive may vary from what you see on your screen. With that in mind, don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns prior to placing an order!
